How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts?

The video below includes annotations that look at the combination of my main products that link in with the ancillary tasks, such as the magazine poster and digipak. The filming and photos were all took in the same place so they all would match such as the house style and the weather on the day of filming, so they all would look the same. I wanted to make sure that the brand idenity was being seen within all tasks so they would all link together and and keep to the same idenity. However, within my products not everything is the same or keeps to the same layout, for example such as the two different locations but I have used the main location for both the digipak and the magazine poster as long as there are similarities and the brand idenity is there, then they can both be different as long as the links are all there and I believe that I have done this.

Combination between the main product and the ancillary tasks

Both my magazine poster and my digipak, include the similarities and the links between them, such as the font for the brand idenity as well as the main location. However, many images that are included within my digipak are different to my music video, but the digipak and the poster both still include the same background images for the cover, but the rest is different. Which I did this becasue I wanted to add in a variety of images where they are not just the same as using a variety so more of what the music video includes and more of the setting and the narrative shown within them. The images were took on the same day as filming and yet I found this an effective way of creating a combination of different products between the main product and the ancillary tasks.
